The CLASSES
Train with with us, train together.
TRAIN.
Our signature class & the one you’ll see the most on the schedule. Train is designed to elevate your strength and endurance, this 60-minute class is comprised of a trainer led functional strength piece followed by a high intensity workout. Expect a blend of compound lifts, free weights, gymnastics moves and aerobic training. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels.
TONE.
A class dedicated to the women of our community. Tone is a low-impact circuit based class, focusing on building up a sweat all while targeting your glute, core and arm muscles. We finish it off with the occasional pilates finisher and long grounding stretch - this is a class to move at your own pace, listen to your body and do what feels best surrounded by women of all ages, and fitness levels.
Please note this is a class primarily taught in English, and is set to loud music.
Burn.
Burn is our signature mat pilates class - a seamless 45 minutes of low-impact exercises combined with small and controlled movements that will leave you feeling toned, strengthened and lengthened on your mat. Sequences led by qualified pilates instructors that allow you to feel that deep burn while using body weight movements, light weights and bands in our upstairs studio. Every class finishing with relaxing stretches and space to leave feeling rested and grounded.
Please note this class is taught primarily in English.
LEGENDS.
Legends is a take on our signature Train class, but geared towards 50+ members of our community. We’re bringing the intensity down and focusing on movements that will help you increase your strength and the ability to maintain functional movements as you age.
Please note that although this class is created for older members of our community, anyone who is looking for less intensity is more than welcome to join us.
MAMAS.
Mamas is our prenatal and postnatal class designed for all mothers-to-be and new mothers. This class focuses on building strength and maintaining a base level of conditioning through low impact movements that are safe for you and your baby. Our prenatal certified trainers will guide you in moving safely through every phase of your pregnancy.
Bringing your baby along to class is welcomed and encouraged, we aim at creating a space where you can move your body while keeping a close eye on your baby alongside other mothers from the community.
Lift.
Welcome to Lift - the barn’s olympic lifting class. Lift is a class where members of all skill levels are welcome to join, whether you’re an experienced lifter or have only recently picked up a barbell. Lift is tailored to elevate your technique, build your strength and and increase explosiveness in your snatch, clean & overhead presses.
Flow.
A nice vinyasa flow with a hint of yin to relax your muscles and increase your mobility - our flow class is the perfect compliment to all of our strength and conditioning classes.
Restore.
Perfect for athletes or anyone with an active lifestyle, this yin style class focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, promoting recovery and preventing injury. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing for deep tissue release accompanied with mindful breathing techniques to help down-regulate the nervous system. Whether you're recovering from a hard workout or simply seeking a peaceful way to relax, we promise you will leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and restored. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience required.
