Train with with us, train together.

TRAIN.

Our signature class & the one you’ll see the most on the schedule. Train is designed to improve your strength and endurance. This 60-minute class is comprised of a trainer led functional strength piece followed by a high intensity workout. This class incorporates compound lifts, free weights, gymnastics moves and aerobic training. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels. 

SWEAT.

Lights low, music high. Our sweat class is 60-minutes of straight cardio. Using our Concept2 ski, row &  bike erg and the occasional bodyweight movement, this class is a combination of short & long interval pieces as well as long aerobic base building training. To improve your endurance and stamina while maintaining your muscle. 

TONE.

Glute work, good tunes & a great group of women to train with. Tone is our low impact 60-minute class focusing on building up a sweat all while toning the glute, core and arm muscles.

Please note this is a class primarily geared towards females.

MAMAS.

Our prenatal and postnatal class is designed for all mothers-to-be and new mothers. This 60-minute class focuses on guiding you through low impact movements and workouts that are safe for you and your baby. Pronatal certified trainer Carly Little will guide you in moving safely through every phase of your pregnancy.

LEGENDS.

Legends is a take on our signature Train class, but geared towards 50+ members of our community. We’re bringing the intensity down a bit and focusing on movements that will help you increase your strength and the ability to maintain functional movements as you age.

Please note that although this class is created for older members of our community, anyone who is looking for less intensity is more than welcome to join us.

FLOW.

Stretch, flow & relax in this 60-minute yoga class. A nice vinyasa flow with a hint of yin to relax your muscles and increase your mobility - our flow class is the perfect compliment to all of our strength and conditioning classes.
