CANCELLATION POLICY

The details.

  • Spots are limited. To help you get off that waitlist and into class, we have an 8-hour cancellation policy for all morning classes and a 1-hour cancellation policy for noon and evening classes.

    If you cancel your class past the cancellation window of your scheduled class time, you will incur a $5+tax late cancellation fee if you are on an unlimited or 2x week membership. If you have a class package or drop in, the class will be deducted from your account.

  • The following class times have an 8-hour cancellation policy.

    • 5.30am | 6.30am | 7.30am | 7.45am | 9.00am | 10.00am | 10.30am | 11.00am

    The following class times have a 1-hour cancelation policy.

    • 12.00pm | 5.00pm | 6.20pm | 7.30pm

  • If you miss a class without cancelling you will incur a no-show fee of $15+tax if you are on an unlimited pricing option, or a class will be deducted from your account if you have a class package or drop in.

  • If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist! Treat a waitlisted spot as regularly scheduled class. You have the ability to choose how much notice you require to join the class on the app. If you get into the class you will be notified by text and email. If you do not make it into the class you were waitlisted for, the credit will remain on your account for a later use.

  • All fees will be charged to the credit card we have on file at the end of every month.

  • We love our community, and we understand life happens. We are implementing these policies to keep everyone accountable to their spot in class & to allow you the chance to get off the waitlist and into class with enough notice. Please refrain from explaining why you late cancelled or no-showed to our trainers, if you have a legitimate reason (medical emergency), you can email info@chelseaathletica.ca. This is not guaranteed that you will be waived the fee, every scenario will be treated case by case.

  • No. If you were in class but forget to check yourself in before class, your trainer can check you in after class. That being said please try your best to remember to check yourself in when you arrive.

  • In order to not be charged the full amount of the personal training session, the client must cancel 24 hours prior to the schedule session. If the client cancels within the 24 hour window they will subject to being charged the full amount of the session. All cancellations needs to be made directly to Chelsea Athletica through our email at info@chelseaathletica.ca or phone number (819)-412-8009 or by contacting the PT directly.
