A 12-week Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

We’re excited to bring back our highly requested Teen Training Summer Series! If your teen is looking to get stronger and faster this summer—while learning how to lift and move safely—our Young Athletes class is the perfect fit.

Strength & Power

We help teens improve their strength and power through expertly designed workouts that focus on proper technique, progressive resistance training, and explosive movements — all in a safe, supportive environment. Our goal is to build strong, confident athletes ready to perform at their best.

Speed & Agility

We boost teens’ conditioning by combining cardiovascular training with functional movements to increase endurance, stamina, and overall athletic performance. This prepares them to stay strong and energized throughout games & races.

Safety

Safety is our top priority — we teach proper lifting techniques and ensure each teen uses weights appropriate for their age and experience. This approach helps prevent injuries while building a strong foundation for long-term athletic development.

Our Young Athletes 12-week Unlimited Membership gives participants full access to all teen strength & conditioning classes throughout the summer. Teens can attend as many sessions as they’d like each week, allowing for maximum progress, flexibility, and consistent training. It’s the best option for those looking to get the most out of the program.

The 4-week unlimited

$140+tax

The Young Athletes 4-week Unlimited Membership is perfect for those who may not be able to commit to the full summer. This flexible option gives teens unlimited access to classes for one month at a time, allowing them to train consistently while working around vacations or other commitments. It’s a great way to stay strong and active all summer long — on your schedule.

10 Class Punchcard

The Young Athletes 10-Class Punchcard is a flexible option for those with busy summer schedules. It includes access to any 10 teen strength & conditioning classes over the summer, allowing teens to drop in when it works best for them. It’s ideal for athletes who want quality training without a weekly commitment.

5 Class Punchcard

The Young Athletes 5-Class Punchcard is a flexible option for those with busy summer schedules. It includes access to any 5 teen strength & conditioning classes over the summer, allowing teens to drop in when it works best for them. It’s ideal for athletes who want quality training without a weekly commitment.

  • This program is designed for teens ages 13–17 who have some experience with sports, fitness, or training. It’s ideal for young athletes looking to build strength, speed, and confidence over the summer.

  • While prior experience is preferred, beginners with a solid foundation in movement (through sports or general training) are welcome. Teens should be ready to follow instruction and work hard — our coaches ensure all movements are taught safely and progressively.

  • No problem — we offer flexible options like the 4-Week Unlimited Membership and the 10-Class & 5-Class Punchcard for families with busy summer schedules.

  • Indoor athletic shoes, water, and arrive in workout clothes. All training equipment is provided.

  • Yes — safety is at the core of our program. We emphasize proper lifting technique, age-appropriate loads, and coach-led supervision to ensure every teen trains safely and effectively.

  • Definitely. Our programming is built to enhance athletic performance — with a focus on power, speed, agility, and conditioning — making it perfect for teens involved in competitive or recreational sports.

  • Yes, we require everyone to pre-book their spot in class. This helps us manage class sizes and ensures we know how many athletes to expect. It also allows us to keep track of your sessions or punch cards used.

  • No, your membership won’t start right away. If you sign up and pay today, it’s set up to begin on the first day of the program—Tuesday, June 3rd. So you’ll get either 4 weeks or 12 weeks from June 3rd.

    If you need to push your start date back, no problem! Just send our team an email (info@chelseaathletica.ca) requesting to delay the start of your membership, and we’ll take care of it for you.

  • If you’re already a member and used the same email to sign up your teen for this program, here’s how to access their profile in the Chelsea App:

    1. Open the Chelsea App and go to the Home page.

    2. Right underneath your name, you’ll see a section that says 1 linked account — your teen’s name should appear there.

    3. Tap on your teen’s name to switch over to their account. You’ll now be able to reserve spots in Young Athletes classes for them.

    Note: You can only reserve Young Athletes classes when you’re using your teen’s profile.

    To switch back to your own account, simply return to the Home page and tap your name to switch back.

  • If this is your first time as a member at Chelsea Athletica:

    Please follow the steps in the email you’ll receive shortly. It will guide you through:

    1. Downloading the Chelsea Athletica App

    2. Creating your account and linking your teen

    3. Reserving spots in Young Athletes classes for your teen
