Join us for our 3-week Intro to Train series.

Over the next three weeks we’ll guide you through everything you need to know about our Train class, from the basics to the intensity you can expect.

In our regular Train classes, we break down movements, take the time to teach proper technique, give modifications, and guide you through the flow of the workout. But in this special series, we're focusing even more on the details—slowing things down to give you an even deeper understanding and giving you the confidence to start making Train part of your regular schedule.

 FAQs

  • No, it's not mandatory to attend all three classes, you can attend one, two or three.

  • Anyone can attend this class, whether you're new to Athletica, you've been doing other types of classes at Athletica or you've been to a couple of Train classes but want to get even more comfortable.

  • You can join these classes like any other classes, by purchasing a drop-in, a punchcard or a membership. You'll then sign up for your spot in class through our Chelsea Athletica app.

  • Absolutely! Anyone can attend our Train classes, even without doing the Intro to Train before. This is simply a special 3-week series where we'll be giving the opportunity to anyone who's been on the fence to try our Train classes.
