Meet Manon
Meet Manon, your Tuesday evening yoga teacher. Manon grew up by the waters of West Nipissing and moved to Ottawa to study International Management. What followed was a series of travels around the world for studies, work, but mostly adventures, from being a beach bum in the Philippines to summiting peaks in Nepal. Constant throughout her life has been community and movement, and this is exactly what drew Manon to Chelsea Athletica.
Drawn to the mindfulness and agility that a yoga practice brings, Manon completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India, and continued to practice as a student across studios since. It wasn’t until she started going to Chelsea Athletica and experienced its vibe and community that she knew she wanted to teach there.
Manon lives in Wakefield with her partner and dog Maverick. When not at CA, you can find her exploring new spots outside with Mav, at the General Store buying that thing she forgot earlier in the morning, or in her hometown in Northern Ontario, where she spends a week each month.
