Meet Emma

Meet Emma. Emma grew up in Chelsea as a competitive athlete, playing every sport possible until eventually pursuing basketball at the CEGEP and University level. She graduated from Carleton University after a 4 year career, completing her degree in International Relations. She has spent the past 3 years playing professional basketball in Portugal & her spending her summers back here in Chelsea.

Emma’s love for sport and fitness has made her a passionate leader in the basketball community. She has 10 years of experience coaching and mentoring youth basketball players in Chelsea, Ottawa and Sherbrooke.

If she’s not at the CA, you might catch her at Bluebarn or Les Saisons grabbing coffee, hanging by the river or shooting hoops in a gym somewhere. The other 99% of the time, she’s probably chasing the sun with Kat, snacking on Ms. Vickies chips and Jolly Rancher gummies.
