Chelsea Athletica is located in the heart of Chelsea, Quebec. Nestled in among the trees and only a 5-minute drive from the main village. Come sweat, lift & hangout with like-minded people from your community.

FAQ

  • First of all, we’re so stoked to have you come train with us & we can’t wait to meet you. A couple things to know:

    • Our address is 791 route 105 (the big black barn up the gravel driveway)

    • What you’ll need - a water bottle & indoor workout shoes.

    • Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class. For the respect of everyone’s time we start class on the hour, and try our very best to finish 5 minutes before the hour to give you time to get back to your day.

    • We often have our garage doors open, but please use our white front door to enter the gym through the lobby.

    • Once you’ve arrived, you can check yourself in on the Ipad, then you can put your personal belongings in the cubbies on the other side of the front desk. ( You may also bring your belongings with you.)

    • If the class beforehand is still happening, you are more then welcome to wait in the lobby for your class to start. You may also start stretching in the back of the gym or warming up on one of our machines that isn’t being used by the class.

    • When it’s your time to start class, your trainer will call your class time to come around the TV & get started.

  • The structure of classes changes depending on the class types.

    Train - Intro, warm up, strength, high intensity workout, cool down & stretch.

    Sweat - Warm up, 35-45 minute cardio workout, cool down.

    Tone - Warm up, 30-40 minute low-impact circuit focusing on glutes, core and arms, cool down.

    All our classes are trainer led, with explanations of all movements, workout flow and modifications.

  • 791 Route 105 Chelsea, Quebec. The big black barn at the top of the gravel driveway, right beside Les Fougeres restaurant.

    Our location is right off of the Scott rd & Hwy 105 intersection - we know google maps can sometimes bring you on a tour of Chelsea to get to our place, so just look for 791 right across from Station Rd.

  • Yes - everyone is welcome to train with us no matter your experience in the gym. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make our classes suitable for all levels. Our trainers explain all movements & flow of workouts thoroughly to the whole class.

  • Yes! All the workouts are posted on the app at the beginning of the week under the “workouts” tab.

  • You can check out our drop in, punchcards & membership options here.

  • Morning classes must be cancelled 8 hours prior to class, all other classes must be cancelled 15 minutes prior to class.

  • Yes.

  • Yes, we have two full showers.

    All you’ll need is your own towel, we supply you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash & a hair dryer.

  • If you’ve never trained with us before you can purchase a drop in to try our a class, after purchasing you will receive an email prompting you to sign our waiver, create a username and password and download our Chelsea Athletica App. Once you’ve signed into your account on the app, you can register for classes by clicking “Schedule” then “Classes”.
