Her sequence flows seamlessly through movements targeting glutes, arms and core through the use of body weight, resistance bands & hand weights.

  • Cold Plunge & Sauna.

    Embrace contrast therapy with the option to dip into the cold plunge and unwind in the sauna, or cozy up fireside with tea in hand. Enjoy this time to connect with like-minded souls while savouring nourishing treats from some of our favourite local vendors.

  • Lymphatic Self-Massage + Aromatherapy Yin & Meditation.

    Ease into a gentle self-guided lymphatic massage to support your body's natural detox systems, followed by a deeply restful, spring-inspired Aroma Yin practice. Melt into stillness, supported by calming essential oils and guided meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

  • No! We provide everyone with a lululemon mat for the day, but if you’d prefer to bring your own you can.

  • Yes, we have two showers for you to use after your sauna & cold plunge if you’d like - shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
