Meet Rae-Anne
Meet Rae. Rae has always had a love for coaching, from her very first job as a ski instructor, to coaching youth sailing athletes, all the way to personal training. She grew up in Hull and participated in as many outdoor sports and activities as she could. She ended up following a competitive track in sailing, becoming a Quebec Sailing Team athlete and competing in international events. Rae then pursued a BSc. in Kinesiology at McGill. Since completing her degree in 2018, she has worked in a number of gyms as a personal trainer and managed a local gym in Aylmer. Along with coaching, Rae also works for Manulife, helping medically releasing veterans get in to school so they can pursue a new career outside the military. When she’s not training or working, you’ll catch Rae on the water in her sailboat, on the slopes, or on hiking vacations in search of the best mountain views.
