Meet Pam

Meet Pam, she’s lived in Chelsea for the past 30 years, having raised 2 active boys here and collectively enjoying all that this region has to offer: skiing, biking, hiking, paddling and the beauty of the woods.

Her corporate career has been balanced by a yoga practice of 20+ years, which led to Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 and the pleasure of teaching in a variety of environments since.

Pam believes that the primary key to health is to simply keep moving - and to pay attention to your physical body, your energy, your mental states.

Her yoga classes are accessible to everyone and provide clear instruction, encouragement and options for all.

Favourite restaurants in the area? Can’t name one - depends on cravings. Mostly prepare meals at home.

Favourite trail in the park? Wold, Carmen Lake or otherwise, anywhere I can let my border collie off leash.

Favourite place in Chelsea? Back bay on Meech on my paddle board.

Ideal Sunday? Teaching my long standing morning yoga class, brunch at Tonique, hike with my dog, dinner with family and friends + some card or board games, and then a hot bath.

Favourite artist? I love the art of 'local' John Marok.

Something we might not know about you? I have had a life-long career in the graphics and printing industry; the past 20 years as a corporate VP of Sales. My yoga practice has beautifully balanced the demands of a busy career and family life.

Favourite time to workout? Anytime I can fit it in, but Saturdays class at 7:45am is great.
