Meet Kelly
Meet Kelly, born and raised in Mississauga, she moved to Ottawa in 2016 to complete her BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. Growing up, she played soccer and participated in other recreational sports including volleyball, gymnastics and dance.
Kelly discovered strength training during her undergrad, quickly realizing the transformative power of resistance training. She discovered her passion for functional strength training through exploring various fitness classes. “Experiencing the benefits of having supportive coaches and instructors has had a life-changing impact on both my physical and mental well-being.”
As a coach, Kelly is dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space for individuals at any stage of their fitness journey—whether they’re just starting out, working toward a specific goal, or looking to push beyond their comfort zone.
Outside of the gym, Kelly loves to cook, listen to podcasts, hang out with friends and participate in the occasional shopping spree.
