Meet Carly

Meet Carly, trainer and founder of Chelsea Athetlica’s pre/post natal fitness program. Carly grew up in Chelsea as a cross country ski racer, competitive paddler and soccer player. She just graduated in May of 2023 from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Exercise Science where she researched the benefits of exercise throughout pregnancy. This summer she worked with NHL players, youth hockey players, and started her pre/post natal program with Chelsea Athletica. 

She is a level 1 personal training coach as well as a certified pre/post natal fitness trainer. Her long term goal is to attend medical school to be an OB-GYN on top of taking and coaching any fitness class she can! 

When Carly isn’t in the gym she’s working in the hospital setting assisting Physicians. Outside of work you can find her hiking any dog friendly trails with her pup, listening to country music, and taking mediocre photos of sunsets.
