Pre & Post Natal Classes

Welcome to Chelsea's newest mom club.

Join Pronatal certified trainer Carly Little, as she leads all mothers-to-be and new mothers through classes designed to help move the body safely through every phase of pregnancy and post natal experience. 

Athletica’s pre and post natal classes are open to all levels, wether you’ve spent many hours in the gym or have never picked up a weight before – all mothers are welcome!

You can expect pelvic floor exercises, low-impact circuit training and pilates movements all while focusing on moving with proper technique and proper use of gym equipment.

Connect with other mothers in your community all while building strength & learning how to move safely in the gym. 

Babies are welcome to join mothers in class.
