What is the style of training at Athletica?
We’re a group training community that focuses primarily on functional strength and aerobic endurance training. Our training involves dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight movements and concept 2 erg machines.
Is Athletica for me?
Our classes are designed for people who want to gain strength and increase their endurance while moving safely and effectively, most importantly doing it alongside a community of like-minded people all training together. Our experienced trainers can scale any movement to meet your needs.

Am I fit enough to join your classes?
Everyone is welcome. Whether you’ve never lifted a weight before or you’re a regular at the gym. We break down every movement and workout so you can move well and train at your own intensity.
How do I sign up for classes?
You can purchase a drop-in class or class packs below. Once you’ve done that, download our app and reserve your spot in class.
How long are your classes?
Our classes are one hour long, we try to finish up about 5 minutes before the hour for people on a tight schedule with school and work.
Do you offer monthly unlimited memberships for the classes?
We currently run on class packs. Once we’re in our new location we’ll also be offering monthly unlimited memberships, which will include unlimited classes and access during open gym.
Can I do some personal training before joining the classes?
100%. If you’re not quite ready to jump into classes right away then the on-ramp package is perfect for you.
It includes 3 personal training sessions to go over common movements you’ll see in class and 2 class passes so you can experience our class vibe.
How old do I need to be to join the classes?
In order to join our classes you must be 18 years or older…but stay tuned for kids and teens classes coming to our new location.
